When Service Begins
Service begins when you accept the price we quote. The estimate costs $30 and is credited toward your fee if you hire us.
Your Responsibility
You must give us complete and truthful information. You sign your return and are responsible for its content before the IRS and your state.
Results
We do not guarantee the amount of your refund, IRS processing times or the approval of your ITIN. Those decisions belong to the IRS and state agencies.
Sending Documents
We offer Encyro, an encrypted page, so you can send your documents securely. If you choose to send them by WhatsApp, text message, email or another way, you do so at your own risk.
We Are Not the IRS
GR Agency is a private agency. As a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), we are not the IRS and do not act as agents of the IRS.
Services We Do Not Offer
We do not prepare corporate returns (C-Corp or S-Corp) or New York and California state returns.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
