We want you to know exactly what you pay and when.
$30 Estimate
The estimate costs $30 and covers the time to review your case. If you hire us, the $30 is credited toward your fee. If you decide not to hire us, the estimate is not refundable.
If You Cancel Before We Start
If you already paid and cancel before we begin preparing your file, we refund 100% of what you paid.
After Preparing or Filing
Once your return or ITIN application has been prepared or filed, the fee is not refundable, because the work is done.
If We Make a Mistake
If there is an error caused by us, we correct it at no cost to you.
Payments to the IRS or State
Taxes, penalties or interest you pay the IRS or your state are not part of our fee.
Your Tax Refund
Your tax refund is issued by the IRS or your state, not by GR Agency. We cannot process, change or speed it up. For questions about your refund, contact the IRS (irs.gov/refunds) or your state tax department directly.
